Annual Maintenance Support Policies

Vividata's unconditional money-back guarantee
Vividata provides its customers with a 30-day money-back guarantee (less any shipping and media costs).

Vividata Initial Free Support
During the first 30 days installation support is provided free of charge. Our technical support staff is available from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Pacific time to help you get up and running and answer any questions about product usage.

Paid Maintenance And Support
After 30 days from the date of original installation or purchase, support is included in our paid maintenance program. Paid maintenance is renewed annually. Maintenance provides our customers with:

  • Technical support via email, phone, and fax
  • Any software upgrades available, free of charge, on a per-request basis
  • Support for new operating system versions
  • $300 fee for license key changes is waived

Maintenance is effective from the date of the license purchase or retroactively from the day of the last effective maintenance. There is a 30-day grace period for renewal of an expired license.
